  • I’m a registered Nutritional Therapist specialising in family health, child nutrition, women’s hormones, weight loss, digestive and gut health. I take a 360 degree approach to health, exploring all elements of your diet, symptoms and lifestyle to consider the whole picture. Together we put in place a long term, personalised, nutrition programme that works for you.

Do you recognise any of these symptoms?

Do you suspect you have a hormone imbalance but your tests come back as normal?

Have you tried everything to lose weight but nothing seems to work?

Are you low in energy all the time and you don’t know why?

Are you worried your child is constantly run down, picking up coughs, colds and infections?

    Then I can help.

  • Work with me to uncover the underlying root cause, or biochemical imbalances, contributing to you or your child’s symptoms so we can put in place a sustainable nutrition plan for long term good health.

In clinic I draw on a variety of clinical tools based on the functional medicine approach, including dietary analysis, functional clinical health testing and the latest scientific nutrition research to ensure all recommendations are specifically tailored to your individual needs.

Client feedback

I can’t recommend Emily highly enough - she took the time to really understand the changes I wanted to make and my current lifestyle. She gave me loads of simple, practical ideas (including handy shopping lists) to make small changes that I can really stick to with a busy family life.” Mags

Emily has such a wonderful, kind approach and is so knowledgeable, I can not recommend her enough or the difference she has made in the way that I approach food now and my overall health.” Shelley
